- Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited college or university
- 2.5 over all GPA (page 9 of Policy Handbook)
- 2.5 GPA on required coursework (page 10 of Policy Handbook)
- Demonstrated proficiency in reading, writing, and math (page 11 of Policy Handbook)
- The Test of Proficiency in the English Language (TOPEL) or the VERSANT is required of all applicants who present transcripts from a foreign country
- Acceptable criminal background check
